Gamefik Global1. Service and operator
Gamefik Global is provided by GAMEFIK INDUSTRIA, COMERCIO E SERVICOS LTDA. It combines learning activities, parental progress monitoring and virtual rewards. Feature access depends on the profile, authorised relationships and availability in the installed version.
These terms govern the Gamefik service. On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s standard licence and purchase rules also apply where relevant. Our privacy policy explains data processing.
2. Accounts and minors
Provide accurate information and protect access credentials. Do not share passwords, codes or login QR codes with unauthorised people. Notify Gamefik if you suspect misuse.
Children’s use requires parental involvement or the lawful basis applicable to the school service. A parent profile must be operated by an authorised adult. Do not use profile switching to access another person’s data or features.
3. Permitted use
Use the app for learning and to support students you are authorised to assist. Respect third-party rights and the rules of the institution involved.
Do not access other people’s accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, falsify progress or rewards, add unlawful content or provide materials without necessary rights.
4. PDFs and AI
PDF and AI features are accessed in the parent profile. You must be authorised to use uploaded material. You give Gamefik permission to process it as needed for the requested feature, including through providers described in the privacy policy. This permission does not transfer ownership.
AI responses may be incorrect. Review results before using them with students. These features do not replace educators or professional advice. Avoid sending personal or sensitive information about students and third parties.
5. Premium and App Store purchases
Premium features may require an optional subscription managed in the parent profile. Price, period, renewal and any trial are shown before purchase confirmation.
For App Store purchases on iPhone or iPad, Apple processes payment and manages renewal according to the selected offer. View and cancel the subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Refund requests follow the applicable Apple channels and rules, without limiting statutory rights.
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. RevenueCat assists with verification and administration of Premium access.
6. Rewards and materials
Virtual rewards represent progress and participation. They are not money, investments or a promise of financial value. There is no payment mechanism to obtain additional student reward chests.
Gamefik’s brand, code and materials are protected by applicable rights. Access permits use as provided by the service, without permission for commercial exploitation or redistribution of protected content. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
7. Closing accounts, availability and support
You can request account closure and data deletion through support. Processing considers independent relationships, applicable obligations and the privacy policy.
Gamefik may stop unauthorised access or restrict use that undermines security or breaches these terms, according to the circumstances and applicable law. Updates, maintenance and technical failures may temporarily affect availability. Contact desenvolvimento@gamefik.com for help.
8. Statutory rights and changes
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data protection rights recognised by applicable law in your country. Service concerns may be addressed to support and the competent authorities.
Changes are identified by the date on this page. Where required, Gamefik will provide notice or seek the agreement needed before applying a change.
